Question by Drestothrill: I have a dog handbag – can it be used to travel in the car?
I have a handbag where my dog can sit in while i walk and she can come with me wherever i go. Can I put the handbag on the car seat and fasten it in with the belt? kind of like a vet box thing…would that be safe?

Answer by macoroni and melons You could do this, but a hard shell one strapped to the seatbelt would be safer in a crash to protect the dog more.

I got my chihuahua this car seat for christmas, and I need people’s suggestions if it looks safe or not, it is safely secured with the seatbelt
lately I’ve been cautious about it and Im always in fear when we are driving with her in that carseat, other than that one which one do you think would be safer and secure? oh and don’t forget comfortable! grouchy dog + in a car = trouble
