Question by Tbenn: What do you use to cover your seats when taking pets for a ride?
I just got a new SUV with leather seats…what’s the best thing to use to keep my boxer from getting hair all over the place and to keep her nails from cutting up the seats.

Trim her nails and comb her body for any loose hair that might get in the car. Put towels on top of newspapers so she doesn’t ruin the seats.

I have a couple of carriers that they are comfortable in, but they are too big to fit under the seat…have two cats…need two carriers…one cat is 12 lbs and the other is close to 15 lbs…does anybody know of a carrier that would be big enough for each cat but still small enough to fit under the seat?
This is what I have now…trying to find something similar to this (love the quality and sturdiness of this)

Rama is now about 24″ at the withers but he still frets when he has to jump off the couch. Here he is seemingly unable to get down by himself even after we tempt him with chicken treats. The couch seat is 18″ high. Please stop by The Chronicles of Rama blog for more fun stories!
